What percent of the world's population has their basic needs met?

Using a subset of the World Development Indicators Dataset from the World Bank Groups, I explored what percent of a country's population's basic needs were met. To assess basic needs met, I included the following features:  People with basic handwashing facilities including soap and water (% of population), People using at least basic sanitation services (% of population), and People using at least basic drinking water services (% of population). Additionally, I investigated what other variables could be predictors of the percentage of a population's with their basic needs met.
